The creator behind the "My first time..." videos posted on Instagram suits up for his first time in a leather workshop. The aim of the day for this young up-and-coming talent is to make his very own My Pliage Signature bag from scratch.
At first glance, it seems like a pretty easy task. But that's without taking into account the multiple stages that the crafting process—passed down and perfected over time—requires. Marcel Gitard soon learns the meticulousness of the steps involved,from leather cutting with machinery to printing through to assembly. It's all about perfection.
