How do I create an account?

To create an online Longchamp customer account, click on the ""My Account"" tab at the top right corner of the screen:

• Enter your contact email address
• Then, create your password based on the defined security requirements
• Finally, fill in your personal information – this will allow you to place online orders quickly and easily.

Note: Personal accounts are not automatically created when shopping at Longchamp physical stores. If you wish to place an online order, you will need to create a customer account.
