How can I return my order?

Under the right of withdrawal provision of the Distance Sales Agreement, the customer may exercise their right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery to themselves or the person/institution at the designated address, without providing any reason and without paying a penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not fall under the items for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, as outlined in Article 8 of the Distance Sales Agreement.

No exchanges or returns can be made for products where the security seal has been opened or the product has been damaged.

Refunds for gift packaging selected during order creation cannot be made due to these items falling under those for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, as outlined in Article 8 of the Distance Sales Agreement.

To return an item, visit the Membership > My Account > My Orders section, or use the Order Tracking page for non-member orders. Find the relevant order, select the item(s) you wish to return, and indicate the reason for return. Then, sign the e-invoice that came with your order and send the item(s) back to our return address. The product(s) should be packaged securely, with all packaging and accessories intact and undamaged, and then handed over to the cargo company.

To return your order, you need to send it back with the return code 953489085 through Yurtiçi Kargo with a ""cash on delivery"" (COD) option.

For orders made under corporate names, an ""Invoice for Return"" must be issued; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Shipping fees for other cargo companies will not be accepted.
