Conditions for Exchange or Return
Products with opened security seals or damaged items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanging Products
To exchange a product purchased from www.longchamp.com.tr, please complete the form on the back of the invoice, write the desired size or number for the exchange, and send the product back to us. Please note that exchanges can only be made for the same product type; different products cannot be exchanged.
Once your exchange request is approved, the new product will be sent to your address free of charge via YURTİCİ Kargo. If your exchange request is not approved, we will inform you, and the product you sent for exchange will be returned to you.
Returning Products by Cargo
The products to be exchanged or returned must be sent back in their original box, packaging, and with any accessories intact and undamaged.
The return form on the back of the invoice must be filled out and signed.
Packaging should be done carefully to avoid any damage to the original product or its packaging.
Sending Returns
You can return the products using YURTİCİ Kargo with the shipping cost covered by you. To do so, deliver the items with the recipient code 953489085 to YURTİCİ Kargo to send them to the following address. Please note that we do not accept returns shipped by other courier companies:
