EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility

Products whose security seals have been opened or which show any signs of damage shall not be eligible for exchange or return.

2. Exchange Procedure

To request a size exchange for items purchased from www.longchamp.com.tr, please:

Complete the exchange form printed on the reverse side of your invoice, clearly indicating the item and the desired size or model number.

Return the item to us, ensuring it includes all original packaging, protective materials, and standard accessories, in an undamaged condition.

Please note that items submitted for exchange may only be exchanged for the same product in a different size or number; exchanges for different products are not permitted.

Upon approval of your exchange request, the replacement item will be dispatched to your address free of charge via YURTİÇİ Kargo. If your request is declined, we will notify you and return the originally submitted item to your address at no cost.

3. Return Shipment via Courier

All items must be returned in their original box, packaging, and with all standard accessories intact and undamaged.

The completed and signed return form on the back of your invoice must accompany the shipment.

Items must be packed so as to prevent damage to both the original packaging and the product itself.

4. Shipping Instructions

Returns must be sent to us via YURTİÇİ Kargo on a cash‑on‑delivery (C.O.D.) basis using Recipient Code 953489085. Shipments via any other courier service will not be accepted.
