How are refunds processed after I return my order?

Refund: Once the returned item(s) from your order are received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed and credited to your card within 10 business days at the latest. When your return request is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the credit card used for your purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on the internal processes of the respective bank and delays may occur. We kindly ask that you follow up on this matter with your bank. Additionally, refunds for installment payments will be processed in installments, as required by the bank's procedures.

For orders made under the free shipping campaign, if a cancellation or return is made and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of the item being canceled/returned.

Online Return: Since you made your payment online using a credit/debit card, the refund will be processed through your bank’s online payment system and credited back to the card used for the payment, according to the payment method you used. The time for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on the processes and practices of the bank.

The refund amount will be reflected as a credit balance on your card.
