Has my order been confirmed?

If your payment is accepted, you will be automatically redirected to an order confirmation page with an order number.

At the same time, you'll receive an email confirming that your order has been placed and is awaiting preparation.

Check your junk folder if the email is slow to arrive.

We then invite you to sign into your Account and go to My orders to view your order details and track its status.

If you are not redirected to the order confirmation page and you haven't received confirmation via email (we recommend checking your junk folder first), you can contact our Customer Service team by filling out this contact form.
