This text constitutes my explicit consent, within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, for Demsa İç ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi to send me commercial electronic messages in accordance with the relevant legislation for the purposes of announcing general and/or special opportunities regarding the services offered, conducting satisfaction surveys related to the services provided, informing me of current developments, sending celebratory messages, sharing content such as presentations and newsletters, and carrying out promotional and advertising activities. I acknowledge and consent that my contact information, identity information, and marketing information are collected for these purposes and processed for the execution of goods/services sales and advertising/campaign/promotion processes, and that messages will be sent to me through my preferred communication channels. I am informed that I may change my communication preferences at any time or stop receiving communications without providing any reason by rejecting the process indicated in the messages sent to me.
I further consent to receiving commercial electronic messages via SMS/text messages, automated calls, phone calls, pop-ups, push notifications, social media and online advertising networks, e-mail, and other electronic communication tools and channels, in accordance with the applicable laws, and to the processing of my personal data by Demsa İç ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages, as well as to the transfer of the necessary information for this process to business partners located domestically and abroad.
I hereby acknowledge, declare, and confirm that I have read and understood this text regarding the commercial electronic messages to be sent to me and that I give my explicit consent to the matters described herein.
