Can I cancel a pending order?

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping company, you can contact us at longchamp@demsagroup.com or call our Customer Service hotline at 444 89 94.

If your cancellation request is approved and the payment was made by credit card, a refund will be issued to your card. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on internal bank procedures, and delays may occur. We kindly recommend following up with your bank for updates.

Additionally, if the payment was made in installments, the refund will also be processed in installments, as required by bank policies.

For orders placed with the free shipping promotion:
If the cancellation/return causes the remaining order amount to fall below the promotion requirement, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned item.
